22 weeks

How far along? 22 weeks and 4 days
Total weight gain: 10.8 lbs

Maternity clothes? I attempted to go shopping since I feel like he had a growing spurt and found a cute non-maternity shirt :)

Stretch marks?  I don't think so, but my skin has been super itchy so I've started using some extra Emu oil I had. 

Sleep: Exhausted tired lately.  Sleeping about 10 hrs. a day. 

Best moment this week: It's been a tough week actually.  I got a double ear infection so have been taking antibiotics.  But the best moment has been getting outside with Ali everyday.  

Miss Anything? It would have been nice to take something for my ear ache. 

Movement: His sleep patterns are starting to show up.  He's the most active around 8-9 pm and 4-5 am.  

Food cravings:  Sweets

Gender Prediction: Boy!

Labor Signs: I did have a few Braxton Hicks contractions this week.

Symptoms: Back aches. 

 Belly Button in or out? Flat or out

Wedding rings on or off? on, it actually keeps falling off which is a little odd.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!

Looking forward to: Watching Niko this week and catching up with Raquel afterwards :)

21 weeks

20 weeks: Boy or Girl?!

How far along? 20 weeks and 2 days
Total weight gain: 8.6 lbs.

Maternity clothes? A few maternity shirts, but I'm trying to stay away from buying too much maternity stuff and just buying regular shirts a size up. 

Stretch marks?  Not that I've noticed, but Ali did tiger stripe me out so it's hard to tell if I have any new ones. 

Sleep: Not great.  Still up between 3-4 am every morning.  Usually taking a nap midday. 

Best moment this week: We found out we are having a boy! The ultrasound showed that he looked healthy and everything appeared to look normal.  The little stinker was hiding his face, so we have to go back in 6 weeks to have another ultrasound.  I'm pretty happy about that! Ali's 20 week ultrasound was the last time I saw her before her birth.  So I can't wait to get another look at his "more matured" face :)

Miss Anything? Not really

Movement: Seems like non-stop.  I thought I was going crazy with how much movement I was feeling, but the ultrasound tech. was saying that he just wouldn't stop moving! I don't remember Ali moving around so much.  

Food cravings:  None this week. 

Gender Prediction: All Boy!

Labor Signs: No

Symptoms: Going to the bathroom frequently, some sacrum discomfort, and occasional round ligament stretches.  

 Belly Button in or out? In the mornings it's in, at night it's out. 

Wedding rings on or off? on

Happy or Moody most of the time: Very happy!  

Looking forward to: Getting started on his crib and other craft ideas I had for him.

I told myself we weren't going to name him before he was born.  But we are 100% sure of what we are naming him.  Meet Christian Gabriel Evans :).

Maternity clothes? I've gotten a couple maternity shirts. 

Stretch marks?  no new ones.

Sleep: waking up 2-3 times/night to go to the bathroom

Best moment this week: I've been feeling a lot of movement lately!

Miss Anything? Not really

Movement: Yes!

Food cravings:  Layered taco dip with chips. 

Gender Prediction: I still feel like it's a boy.

Labor Signs: no

Symptoms: just going to the bathroom a lot. 

 Belly Button in or out? Most of the time in, but occasionally flattened out.

Wedding rings on or off? on

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy, but emotional:). I've cried or teared up almost day over little things (commercials, songs, Ali, etc.)

Looking forward to: Paxton's turning 2 this week!
